Opening hours reception & house bar
Do you have any questions or requests about your stay or the surrounding area? Then visit the reception or the house bar in our tilia living. We take a short siesta from 12.00 to 15.00, but can be reached by telephone at any time for emergencies on +43 5472 6328. From 15.00 we will be happy to look after you again personally and look forward to serving you at our house bar and on the wonderful sun terrace.
Price details
- All room prices listed - unless otherwise stated - are per person and night for the indicated minimum occupancy including gourmet buffet breakfast and use of wellness facilities. All other services included can be found here.
Resort tax
The overnight price does not include the resort tax of € 2.80 per adult per night and for children aged 15 and over.
Discounts
Discount for children staying in their parents' room with two or more full-paying persons:
- 0 – 3 years FOR FREE
- 4 – 6 years -70 %
- 7 – 12 years -50 %
- from 13 years -30 %
Deposit & payment
- A deposit will be requested upon booking confirmation - the amount depends on the length of your stay and your individual booking.
- The remaining amount can be paid directly at the reception upon departure.
- We accept cash, EC cards, Visa and Mastercard.

Travel cancellation insurance
You never know what will happen. To avoid additional costs, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Special tip: even some credit card providers offer similar services.
Arrival & departure
- Your booked room is ready for you from 14.00 in winter and from 15.00 in summer.
- If you arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
- In order to give our chambermaids enough time for thorough cleaning, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 on the day of departure at the latest.

From Ried you explore the whole world thanks to free WiFi at tilia living. Further information can be found directly at reception upon check-in.
Parking
One parking space is available directly at the hotel free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Dogs
- Dogs are welcome upon prior reservation.
- However, we ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurants and breakfast areas.
- Surcharge per dog per day (without food) € 15.00.
