Do you have any questions or requests about your stay or the surrounding area? Then visit the reception in our tilia living. We take a short siesta from 12.00 to 15.00, but can be reached by telephone at any time for emergencies on +43 5472 6328. From 15.00 we will be happy to look after you again personally.

Tip: Relax in tilias living room, right next to reception in our hotel lobby, and enjoy a fine selection of non-alcoholic drinks, bottled beer, shandy, a small range of wines and freshly brewed coffee and espresso at our 24-hour trust bar – payment is on an honour system.

• All room prices listed - unless otherwise stated - are per person and night for the indicated minimum occupancy including gourmet buffet breakfast and use of wellness facilities. All other services included can be found here.

The overnight price does not include the resort tax of € 2.80 per adult per night and for children aged 15 and over.

Discount for children staying in their parents' room with two or more full-paying persons:
 

• 0 – 3 years FOR FREE
• 4 – 6 years -70 %
• 7 – 12 years -50 %
• from 13 years -30 %

• A deposit will be requested upon booking confirmation - the amount depends on the length of your stay and your individual booking.
• The remaining amount can be paid directly at the reception upon departure.

You never know what will happen. To avoid additional costs, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Special tip: even some credit card providers offer similar services.

• Your booked room is ready for you from 14.00 in winter and from 15.00 in summer.
• If you arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
• In order to give our chambermaids enough time for thorough cleaning, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 on the day of departure at the latest.
   
• Tip: You are also welcome to arrive during our siesta from 12.00 to 15.00 – relax and wait in tilias living room with its 24-hour trust bar offering a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

One parking space is available directly at the hotel free of charge for the duration of your stay.
